Evicting Relative From Mothers Home!
Our mother is deceased (20yrs)
Six surving children
Unable to locate written will
Relative is a first cousin
Family member has been occupying home for past 20 yrs and refuses to leave
Original verbal living arrangement was to assist elderly grand mother, after death stayed in home
Family has done no repairs to home , current condition is horrible. Refuses to leave!! HELP!!!
What are our legal rights to have her evicted. As a group all sibling want to reside in our family home, Point Fortin, Trinidad
