Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Trinidad and Tobago

I am an only child. My mom passed away a few months ago. My father and her names are the only ones on the Deed to the house. If my father doesn't add me on the Deed or doesn't leave a Will, what will happen to the house? I live in Trinidad and Tobago (Caribbean).

You have not supplied sufficient information for me to answer your question. I would need to know whether your parents held the property as joint tenants or as tenants in common.
