Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

i bought a piece of land from an owner butt the owner left the country before signing the deed...the real estate agent tried a number of times to contact him but was unable to...the real estate agent wants to get a court order to summond the owner...please advise me what to do if it is the owner does not return to sign the deed
