Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

My mother's brother died ten years ago. He left a life interest in real property to his wife. Upon his wife's death (she passed two days ago), the will stated that the property had to be divided between my Mum and two others "in equal shares for their own use and benefit." The property is located in Trinidad, West Indies. What is the executrix of now required to do? Must she now have this will probated?

Yes, the will has to be probated.
