I previously asked the the question on the Process for applying for Letters of Administration in Trinidad and Tobago, can an ordinary person do this? also what is a Deed of Assent, is this important?

A Deed of Assent vests real property in a beneficiary on the death of the owner. Letters of Administration are made by Attorney, unless the estate is classified a a small estate. You should contact an attorney in Trinidad for details.
