Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

I am the Will beneficiary of a property that is presently being probated in the court, there are tenants on the said property and I trying to collect rent through a lawyer which has been unsuccessful. I would like to know if there is any Judgement in favor of me (the beneficiary) in a matter like this because the said property needs to be maintained.
