Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Trinidad and Tobago

A will was probated, and it states that it is supposed to be divided to the deceased four children in equal shares absolutely. The Executrix (being one of her children who used to pay for the land tax by herself) passed away before the land could be sold & the remaining three are planning to sell.

1) One of the three doesn't agree to the selling price and does not want to sell- could the transaction be done without him.

2) Could/ Are the children of the Executrix (deceased) be entitled to her portion
