Legal Question in Criminal Law in Turkey
Is it possible to be arrested bailed out by having your attorney ask for bail, even when you don't have money for bail, then sent to court the next day appear before the judge and be sentenced for 15 years or pay fine of $30,000 for vandalization charge? It was an accident at a refinery site with a country pipeline that was damage.

The detention period is 24 hours in Turkey. This time period mey be exceed up to 48 hours. In orginised crimes, the detention period may be extended up to 4 days. After detention period a judge may arrest the suspect. Arrest may continue for a period of two years.
