Record of Conviction(Adli Sicil)

Is it possible to erase completely a record of convictions from archive for an ordinary crime(theft)?The crime committed in 1994,trial held in 1995 and the sentence postponed!

It is sure possible to erase convictions from records. It is a constitutional right. All countries must have a system like this. Otherwise it will be violation of human rights. In Turkey after 5 years of the decision it can be erased. But you must apply for this.

(zannediyorum Turkiyeden bir soru. Ankara'da Adli Sicil Genel Mudurlugu var. Oraya bir dilekce ile basvurursaniz 15 gun icinde silinir.Karar kesinlestikten sonra 5 yil sonra silinmesi gerekir.)
