Good question. You should consult with a cpa, but you will always pay tax if you derive income from any source if it is over the inheritance tax. The quesition is where is the money going to go when you inherit, will it stay in the US or other country.

According to Turkish Inheritance Tax Law, as general rule, for the property situated in Turkey the inhertance tax is to be paid in Turkey.
