Options for bringing child with wife to be to America

I have fallen in love with a Ukrainian lady that I have visited twice in the last six months. I am going to file for a finacee Visa this or next week. She has been divorced for approximately two years and has a six year old handsome son. Question: What are my options for convincing the father to allow his son to come to America. I can provide a unbelievable life for the child and the mother and would be happy to allow the child to speak to his father weekly via telephone and to go visit him in the Ukraine at least once a year.

I am also concerned about the many stories that I hear about the husband holding the child until large amounts of monies are given to make the father sign any releases.

Are the courts in the Ukraine considerate of the child future.

I am also looking for an English speaking attorney firm in Ukraine to assist me with any potential problems that I might have during this process.

At first be prepared for a long legal process caused by american law procedure.

I assume the child is under 18 years old.

The mother must hold a family court dession by which she approved as a guardian of the child. The option can be made by a contract between the mother and her exhusband. Ukrainian government concerned about children who is living the country on the immigration basis. There are many abuses in adoption made by foregein citizents at this time.
