Presuming you to be an Indian or a non UAE National, in this matter, you may note that as per the Banking law and practise in UAE, there is no provision for the NOMINATION of any person, in the Bank Accounts. On the death of a person, the account gets frozen. Thereafter the Legal Heirs have to produce a suitable order from a competent Court of law to get the money released from the Bank.

You may further note that even where Nomination is available (in India and other Countries also) the Nominee is only a Trustee and the moment the Legal Heirs stake their Claim over the amount, the Nominee has to part with the entire amount to the last penny.
