Legal Question in Banking Law in United Arab Emirates
I am a pakistani and working in a private company as a painter and getting very low salary in UAE.
I have a large amount of cash in third country which my friend bequeathed to me and i want to transfer it into my bank account here in UAE.I whould like to ask you,whether i have to face any trouble(whould there be any investigation on transfer as i am working as a labour) if i transfer my estate in a bank in UAE because i do not wish to transfer my estate to Pakistan as i have no idea to stay in Pakistan.

Hope the Money transfer you have mentioned is from your genuine friend and not the now common money transfer racket taking place everywhere. If you receive the Money through legal channels and through legal sources you would not have any problem. Otherwise you may end up being questioned by the Authorities for the offence of Money Laundering.
