Legal Question in Business Law in United Arab Emirates

we have a company here in Dubai, which we had bought the franchise rights for in the U.K and of course have a legal contract with them in terms of branding, marketing etc.

however we participated in fifa world cup and could not use the original branding of the product now the UK office wants to sue us, however they were informed that we were not allowed to have branding and needed to be neatural and plain.

The nature of business of your Company is not seen mentioned, which makes it difficult to furnish a opinion in the matter. Further it is imperative to peruse the Contracts that you had executed with the Principal Company, to advise you in the matter. The said Contract would detail your obligations and the consequences in case of breach of the said terms and conditions. It may also be needed to ascertain whether there is Arbitration Clause.
