Can i cancel my lease agreement if we havent moved in yet and the payment was not yet cleared by the bank?

Whether you can cancel your Lease Agreement, if so when and under what conditions, can be said only after perusing your Lease Agreement. Normally it would be difficult cancelling the Lease Agreement immediately, without paying any penalty, as such.
