Is there any civil cases can be filed against me if ever I will leave Dubai,UAE without paying my personal loans and credit cards

On non payment of your Bank loans, the concerned Banks may deposit your Security Cheque and then file Police Complaint against you. As regards Civil Case, the Banks may get a Travel Ban against you and also file Case for recovery of the amounts due. They may also get your Passport attached by the Court.
