Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Arab Emirates

Dear sir, Good evening. If my passport was blocked in United Arab Emirates ( Dubai) because of non payment of credit cards and personal loan over due, is there is any chance to block in other G.C.C countries and what about in India. can I travel to go any other countries from India. please advice me.

Dear Mr.Ravi,

Your Passport if it gets blocked in UAE solely for the reason of your non payment of Bank loans then, in my view that would not result in any problem in other GCC countries or in India. This is, if there has been no other criminal offences committed alongwith the default in payments of the dues to the Banks.
