Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Arab Emirates
Just a follow up question, the problem is he dont have the money to pay for the full settlement to the bank.Does he have any other legal right?Can the debt be negotiated or make a promissory note? Does he have any other legal options? because at present he just got a job but now his in prison he cannot be able to pay.
Please give us your advise.

You have to understand that he is a defaulter and has committed breach of contract; he doesn�t have any other legal solution other than making the payment and request the bank to withdraw the case.
Talk to the bank and see whether they accept any other alternative as you mentioned.
