Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in United Arab Emirates

Hi,

Bank keeps calling me for the initial payment of 3000AED, which I cant pay for that amount but can only give the minimum payment of 500dhs for 4 consecutive months already, can bank blacklist me and put me in jail?

Please help me.

If the bank requires the minimum payment as 500, then usually bank will not file the case for the payment default, provided if you are not having any other issues regarding the payment. it is always better to get the update on your account status from the bank itself.
