if any one not pay his credit card dues in dubai,what maximum punishment he get

they may initiate recovery proceedings there; and seek execution of the court decree in INdia including interest, costs and damages; the executing court may order sale of your assets/property in India and if the amount is not realized, you may be sent to jail.
