Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Arab Emirates

Dear Sir,

I just want to know how many credit card and loan delayed monthly payments should a person could missed before the bank deposit the security check? This is my problem because my company did not pay our salary for three months that is why I filed a case on Labor court to get my money. Now they brought it up to higher court and it will takes time again. I just want to ask also if there is a way to temporary hold my dues from my banks while the case proceedings was on process.

I need your help.

Dear Mr.Ian,

There is no hard and fast rules as to how many monthly payments you can miss. It would be prudent for you to immediately contact your Bankers and apprise them of the situation and request them not to initiate any legal action against you. Otherwise the Banks may after getting the Security Cheques dishonoured, may file police Complaint, the consequences which you may be aware of.
