Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Arab Emirates

My friend caught on Sharjah airport on immigration. He was trying to exit using fake passport. he has his own passport but because of bank loans he tried to exit from fake passport. Now What is the solution? How can i help him?

As you would be well aware, your friend has committed an criminal offense. Now your friend would be sentenced to jail and after that he would be deported. He is also likely to get a Life Ban. You may try to follow up the case on the posting dates, so as to know the sentence passed by the Court which would mention the Quantum and nature of punishments.
