i have iisued a guarantee cheque 3 years ago for my credit card. now they have presented my chq. for Dhs.26500 which got bounced. i am sentenced for 1 month. the bank is not ready to settle in installments. i have already paid DHS.5600 after they filed the case. what are the consequence if i am not able to pay the entire amount right now

Have you already served the 1 month sentence in jail? If so, the next option for the Bank would only be to file Civil Case against you, in the Civil Court for recovery of the amount. At that time you can pray to the Court for payment in installments. But in all probability the Bank will seek for getting a Travel Ban against you from the Court and may even seek for attaching your Passport.
