Legal Question in Criminal Law in United Arab Emirates

Respected sir my name is ameen bhawani and i was working in dubai after credit crunch i came back from dubai,because i have some credit cards and check bounce cases because i could not pay my credit cards and check bounce amount thats why i came back from two years back,

My request is how i know my status from pakistan is there any case or how many cases on me in dubai and also my cases status because i want to go dubai to fight against my cases but i dont know how many cases on my self and how i know please give me your experiance advise

Dear Mr.Ameen,

It would be possible to find out as to how many cases are pending against you before the Police Authorities. For this a search has to be made in the Police Records. After ascertaining the same, the concerned Banks relating to your Credit Cards can be approached and a compromise deal can be struck with them for payment of a lesser amount than the present amount due to them. Once the said amount is received by them, they would give letter withdrawing the Complaint which has to be handed over to the Police or concerned authorities and the said case would be deleted against your name.

It would be possible for you to return to Dubai only after these cases are deleted against your name as otherwise you would get arrested on your return to Dubai.
