sir my brother having bankloan case over all 17 case 1case hearing is finish and we get the bail but they didnot realease they tell again two case came so realease no what we want to do how we can get the bail wheather is possible for bail before hearing of case how can we get the bail and what is the process for bail he is the MD of the company with him all the actvies all very slow pls send answer as soon as possible is very urgent thank u very much

It is seen mentioned that your Brother has more than 18 cases against him. You would have to ascertain as to by which all Banks the cases have been filed and then try to settle the matter with them and get Letter from the Banks for production in the Court, Police station or Public Prosecutor depending on the place where the cases are pending at present. For this it would need professional help to sort out the cases and get him out on Bail.
