Legal Question in Family Law in United Arab Emirates
my father married me by force to my cousin...my cousin is only a son in his family and my father cared too much for his family...my mother in law,who died in sep.2010,wanted his son to be in safe hands so she asked my father to marry me to her son....and my husband,who is not interested in me, married me just to keep his mother's heart and to get a baby from me as soon as possible...after hearing that i was pregnant and he has achieved his goal he started torturing me ....and a day came when he hit me and kicked me out of his house....because he is confident that my family will give him his child when it's born....now it has been 2 months i am in my father's place...my father and my whole family is so harsh with me...they don't want me to stay with them....i m only 20 years old and only a secondary school graduate ....what can be done in my case...??? what are my rights??? plz i want help
