hi i am an NRI presently working in Dubai , my wife is from Rajastha , we got married 3 yrs back now my wife was not willing to stay with me i tried like anyhtign but i could not get success samethign happened last year i approached poilce & with teh help of police they sent my wife to me again i sent one report to police but this time my in laws are very angry & they ar etrying to put me in false case of dowry by direclty filing the case in the court plz advice what action shall i take to protect myself from the fake case of dowry. plz advice

You cannot prevent them from filing Dowry harassment case against you. However once they file it then you have to protect yourself, based on the allegation, they put against you. For further advise more facts have to be furnished.
