Legal Question in Intellectual Property in United Arab Emirates

I created facebook acount useing someone picture and name and i want to delet it now but icant because i have no accses to it but the acount still there i talked to facebook but they didnt remove it. I didnt threaten her or harm her i didnt have any bad intention at all and we live in diffrent countrys. Will i go to jail because im really scard!!
