Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have completed more than 5 years continuous service in your present job, you are entitled to one half month's salary for each year of completed service as Gratuity, besides other benefits as per the terms and conditions of your appointment.
It is always advisable to part on good terms with your present employer. Your objective should be to get the NOC from the present employer to allow you to endorse the new company's employment visa.
At the most, you may have to just fly out of the country and get back again on the new employer's visa, which your new employer's HR Department will guide you accordingly.
