I am working for acompany for the last 2 years 9 months as sele-representative.at Dubai .The company voilated/ignoreed all the terms&conditions;quoted in the contract agreement.i.e Allowences like accamodation,transportation are not paying only basic pay is given.Annual leave with pay &air;-ticket is not giving.He is also refusing from grauity under Feedral law Act (8),It is noteable that I am agreed with all terms &conditions;quoted in the contract agreement,but my signature is duplicate not orignal,can I challenge this case in laboir court &claim my all due laibilities against the company.Give guide-line & procedure according to rules regulations &law of the state

The Company has to pay you the Salary which includes Basic salary and other allowances as per the Labour Contract executed with you and filed in the Labour Department. The Company is also bound to give Annual Leave (atleast once in 2 years) along with Leave salary and Air Ticket. As regards Gratuity, that is payable only at the end of Service, depending on your years of service and the nature of your Labour Contract, whether Limited/ Unlimited Contract.
To redress your greivance, you can approach the Labour Department, who would then call both the Parties and try to settle the matter. If not settled, they would themselves forward the matter to the Labour Court and the Court would issue appropriate Orders.
