title deeds
my dad has finished paying the mortgage on his home and would now like have my name and my brothers put on the title deed. how does he go about doing this?

Re: title deeds
It will be necessary for your father to affect a simple transfer of title from his sole name as the registered proprietor of the property into the names of himself, your brother and yourself. The transfer will then need to be registered at HM Land Registry
