Re: property
The property of a bankrupt belongs to his Trustee in Bankruptcy who will initially be an official in the Insolvency Services. Details will be available on the Title or the Property at the Land Registry or if it is unregistered at the Land Charges Department.
The contract for sale will have to be assumed by the Trustee for the sale to go through.
