serving on directors
If a business is now insovant can a judgment made against the business, when it was solvant now be enforced. The business went insolvant during the claim process and now i need to know how to enforce the award for the claimant. Can you tell me how and under which rules this applies, should it be enforcable.

IF it was a company that entered into insolvency, claims should be addressed to the Liquidator or Administrator. Details should be on Companies House Website.
If it was not a limited Company the claim should be addressed to the Trustee in bankruptcy of the business owner; details will be on Insolvency Service Website.
Any applications to the court in either case have to be ordinary application under the Insolvency Rules 1986 as amended
