Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
Breach Of Contract
I have two purchase official purchase orders which my client refuses to honour. We have tried numerous options in order to find a resolution, which has taken some time. Is there a time limit from the date of issue that I can sue my client for breach of contract?

Re: Breach Of Contract
You must issue proceedings for therecovery of this debt within six years of it becoming payable. It would seem the you have taken all steps possible to obtain the money you are due and it would seem now that you have no option other than to issue court proceedings. An appropriate claim is available from our website.
