buyer beware
ive recentley bought the goodwill of a small supermarket friend a ''friend'' i paid 105k for it. ive just had it valued enough though ive increased the sales margin and made the store better they valued it at 55k max. the accounts i was shown are not the same as a copy the selllers accountants sent me. and there were for a longer period can i sue ??

Wording of the agreement. However u can always sue for fraud and misrepresentation.
