Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
Does a company have to follow their own Terms and Conditions?
If they state they will do something in it; my problew for example -
if I write requesting a refund within 14 days they will refund me.
Do they have to follow it?
They are refusing to refund me even though I followed it and I really
think I'm asking a stupid question, or at least I hope I am :)
