Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
i am a director of a company that me a my friend open, she and me are the directors. i have no shares in the company, and was appointed as the director, Now the other director has said that she does not want me and said good luck for the future, i paid for the printing and she paid of the registration of the company,
She has paid me for the prinitng that i have done and the care work, i know she is still trading but i have no information and can not obtain it as we were trading from her home, what are my legal rights is any please

As you donot have shares in the company you have no rights to control its business activities. It does however seem that you have been misled by this former friend which might give rise to a claim for compensation. We will be pleased to advise on any possible remedies if so instructed.
