disagree on sale
i have a minority share holding in four business that i am also a partner/director in,the other partners/directors want to sell/merge the company but i do not want to.
can i be forced to sell/merge?

The answer depends on two things;first depending on what form the proposed sale takes eg is it a sale of shares or assets and goodwill;second on the constitution documents of the business eg partnership agreement or Articles of Association, if it is a company.
You need to get detailed advice about the situation after a review of these documents.
