Dismisal without notice
i was not given a contract when started, still on probation period, have worked for 2months. was given 1 days notice and told i was not to be paid my full months salary. can you give me some advice please?

Re: Dismisal without notice
At minimum, you would be entitled to
a) your salary up to and including your last day at work;
b) a further week�s salary in lieu of the week�s minimum notice to terminate your employment which was required; and
c) any accrued holiday pay.
