Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
Disqualified UK Director
I recently signed a contract with an individual who I have later found out is a disqualified director in the UK.
In the contact, which was signed in Spain he refers to himself as acting like the legal owner and with the rights of the legal owner of a UK Ltd Company
Is this contract legally binding?

Re: Disqualified UK Director
The contract shall be personally binding for him, but not for the company he pretended to represent.
