fixed price contract
We have a contract for a project that is now complete.As pert of the final account the employer is doing an internal audit and asking us to prove 15% of our costs on
15% Sub Contract orders placed
15% direct labour costs
15% direct management costs
15% plant costs
15% material costs
We are happy to on additional variations but I don't think we have to oblige them in drilling down into the fixed price tender that is already agreed?????

This really all depends upon the contract you have with your customer and the provision therein for payment. If the contract is for a fixed amount, you will have no obligation to provide this additional information.
