We have a contract for a project that is now complete. As pert of the final account the employer is doing an internal audit and asking us to prove 15% of our costs on

15% Sub Contract orders placed

15% direct labour costs

15% direct management costs

15% plant costs

We are happy to on additional variations but I don't think we have to oblige them in drilling down into the fixed price tender that is already agreed?????

Re: fixed price contract

This really all depends upon the contract you have with your customer and the provision therein for payment. If the contract is for a fixed amount, you will have no obligation to provide this additional information.
