legal charge on ltd company
my wife is currently threatening me with divorce, we started a company together to which i have no shares and am not a director, she has made her sister a share holder can i put a charge on the company so that my wife can not dispose of any more shares and dividends and am i entitled to half of her share and dividends if the divorce goes ahead, can a charge be put on on my behalf so that company house is aware.

The answer to your question will be a categorical YES providing you are able to show that this was in effect a family company and thus a matrimonial assets which your wife is likely to dispose of in order to frustrate a proper distribution of matrimonial assets on divorce.
