legal presedent regarding comercial landlord
My soliciter wrote to my landlord regarding my lease 15th march 05 and further followup letters by myselfe. He has not replied to any, is there a legal presedent as to invalidating any contract between the landlord and myself. If there is could you please supply me with details.

Your question does not suggest any grounds for in validating the contract, and there are unlikely to be any. depending upon the type of lease agreement and the terms of the agreement, it is however probable that you can bring the agreement to an end by serving notice on the landlord.
