I formerly was abuilder ceased now due to ill health. a past customer has stated there was a problem with a roof i did although i deny.is going to court but wondered where i stand due to not trading for last 2 years

If you do indeed have personal liability for this roof that will not be affected by the issue of your health and the fact that you have retired from working. That said however there are clearly issues as to this liability and it is important that you put in a vigorous defence if an action is brought. Let us know if we can help in this
