Non compete clause
Is the clause enclosed considerate,reasonable and enforcable? if so for how long would be considered reasonable.
''You will not solicit the custom of or deal with any person or company who has during the three years preceding such termination been a customer or an employee of the company''

Re: Non compete clause
These words on there own are almost certainly too wide to be enforceable in a employment agreement. The whole clause needs to lookes at however for any advice to be given.
