partnership Agreements
i went into a partnership three weeks ago. we are a agency for pharmaceutical products. my partner delayed getting agreements in writing and also the bank joined accounts. two days ago she said she does not want to be in this partnership but wants me to pay her a large sum of money and she will give me tone of our customers agncys.
have i got ground and is it legal between us with no written agreement. she has a excisting marketing company and says she can not pqy me anything seeing that i will make more money than her in sales. what should i do

I am afraid that I am going to need considerable more information from you before I could advise. Where there is a partnership but no formal partnership agreement has been entered into, the rights of the partners against each other will be governed by the Partnership Act.
