Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
So, I've recently set up a website, it's a store dedicated to a website. e.g. "thewebsiteSTORE.xxx"
The website it is dedicated to is an image board where people can post "internet memes". I know that it's fine to sell products with internet memes on as many sources are and have said you can.
The website doesn't have an artistic logo, it's just some test and our logo is the same but with "STORE" on the end.
Is it fine to use it? It doesn't have copyrights or trademarks.

You give too limited information for a good answer.
But any use of an image which is not yours, makes a case of copyright infringement.
