Removal of directors
What is the process of removing a director from a company except for removal by rotation?

Re: Removal of directors
By ordinary resolution of the shareholders(ie 51% or more) of which special notice( ie 28days or more)has been given in accordance with section 303 of the Companies Act or by any other power under the company's articles.
If the director is an employee as well as a director his employment rights are unaffected
