Legal Question in Business Law in United Kingdom
UK Contract - English Law.
I have missed a termination date on a contract by 15 days. Contract requires 30 days notice.
Hidden in the fine print of the contract is an auto renewal clause. Which renews for the same period as the initial contract term, ie 15 months. A lot of money.
Is this enforceable.
If so, is my only option to try and negotiate it down?

Auto renewal clause is enforceable. If there is any clause for termination in the mid, use that or else negotiate and settle
