Legal Question in Technology Law in United Kingdom
Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
I am setting up a website to sell a course for adults on English grammar, etc. (five eBooks) with possible further eBooks written by me (or others?). Of course, I cannot guarantee that any purchasers English will eventually rival that of Hemingway, but the course should enable most people to learn from a little to a lot!
I shall also offer a limited time (one to two hours?) of free consultation on English grammar and bonus reports written by me.
I may set up a newsletter and links in due course. I should like to retain details of purchasers for my own use.
ClickBank will be used.
Please outline a simple Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. I have looked at the PP and ToU on many websites, and these vary in length and comprehensibility! I want mine to be in clear, succinct English, while covering myself for all eventualities. I prefer it not to be written in unreadable upper case.
Any help to get me out of the maze would be much appreciated.

Re: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
I am afraid but I am pretty sure that you will not find a colleague who will volunteer to provide this through LawGuru. Let me remind you that the production of legal documentation, including scrutiny to ensure that it is fit for the intended purpose constitute a core area of the work of lawyers; this is how they earn their living. Furthermore, a lawyer is, under certain circumstances, subjet to professional liability for his work rendered. You may therefore wish to instruct a lawyer of your choice to receive the document. Please advise if you require suitable firms.
Kind regards,
